PressProfiler CIP3 is fully compatible with Heidelberg Speedmaster presses with CP2000 consoles including the SM52, SM74, SM102 and the related CD74 and CD102 models as well as the older Heidelberg CPC 1.04 and the newer Heidelberg Press Center consoles.
Connecting via network, presses which have the InstantGate or PresetLink licenses work directly with PressProfiler just as they would with the original CIP3 solution from Heidelberg. Even if you don’t have the license on all your presses you can still benefit from CIP3 ink key presetting via our alternative job-save connection.
Unlike some solutions in the market PressProfiler CIP3 connects with the press without any need to modify the press or it’s software and your printers will be able to load jobs directly on their touch-screen without having to use a separate computer to find and setup their jobs before sending them to the press.
Because PressProfiler talks to the press just like the original CIP3 interface then all of the press’ powerful features can be used including paper type selection, automatic calibration with the ColorAssist option and use of the closed-loop colour scanners such as Inpress, AxisControl and ImageControl.

The PressProfiler Report option helps you to maximise your presses productivity by allowing you to see what is happening on your presses in real time, without the need to keep visiting the pressroom for updates.
View current press status showing what job is on the press, time on press, number of sheets run including wasteage, how many times the press has stopped, and why, as well as full job history, costing data and reports.
Report provides an easy to understand visual display of press productivity and events, and all data is collected automatically with no need for any manual input from the operator. It allows people within your company to respond quickly to unforeseen changes on the press, for example a damaged plate, misfeeding paper, drying taking longer than expected, and much more.

PressProfiler has given us consistent results from the first time we tried it. With PressProfiler CIP3 we can save as much as 70% on make-readies.
With run lengths continuing to fall, such savings on make-readies are essential. This enhancement will pay for itself in no time at all. PressProfiler is a great value product.
